Recrystallized Silicon Carbide (RSiC) kiln shelves
Recrystallized Silicon Carbide (RSiC) Kiln Shelves
RSiC kiln shelves are manufactured from high-purity silicon carbide particles through a high-temperature sintering and recrystallization process, forming a three-dimensional interconnected network structure. Maximum service temperature reaches 1650℃ (3002℉). Purity is controllable between 99% and 99.999%, serving applications from general industrial firing to highly sensitive fields such as electronic materials, optical crystals, and specialty ceramics. Combines excellent thermal shock resistance with energy-saving and eco-friendly performance.
Key Advantages
-
Ultra-High Temperature Stability – Reliable long-term operation at 1650℃ with high retained strength.
-
Superior Thermal Shock Resistance – Unique microporous structure buffers thermal stress, resisting cracking under rapid heating/cooling.
-
Customizable Purity – Available from 99% to 99.999% to prevent workpiece contamination and significantly improve product yield.
-
High Loading Efficiency – 30–50% lighter than traditional heavy kiln furniture, allowing thin-wall designs to increase kiln loading rates.
-
Energy Saving & Eco-Friendly – Low heat capacity combined with high thermal conductivity shortens firing cycles and reduces energy consumption per unit product.
